Ecstatic motion is all about daring to be all that your are,to stop playing it small. It's energetic and explosive with l embracing the good the bad the ugly,the quirky and all that makes you a unique individual. Because believe it or not it all compliments eachother in fulfilling the bigger picture of who you are. “stop acting so small you are the universe in ecstatic motion” Rumi.

All of these thoughts inspired the creation of this painting,I was uninspired for a while and a little bit down on the inspiration but decided to create a piece about self acceptance, saying to myself “in your dark moments you still are who you are”, everything is just a cycle,each season comes and goes but in those cycles we should mark them with something,it could be taking up a sport to overcome it or in my case painting an abstract piece, essentially whatever we choose helps is embrace ourselves through those moments where we need support.
